Return Policy
Should you not be happy with your purchase, we are happy for you to return it within 14 days of your purchase. We will offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
All returned goods are inspected to ensure that they are undamaged, unused and in the original packaging.
An email will be sent to notify you that we have received your returned item and we will process your refund of exchange within 48 hours.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

Warranty Policy
We offer a 2 year warranty on our hammocks.
We process each warranty claim individually once the warranty claim details have been provided (see below). Please allow 1-2 business days for a response once your email has been submitted.
We will replace any manufacturing defect or workmanship defects; fabric, zippers, seams, buckles etc on all of our products free of charge.
We do not cover:
- Sun damage (we do not recommend our hammocks are kept in the sun for extended periods of time, this will cause discoloration and as well tearing
- Accidental damage (burns and animal damage)
- Improper care or use
- Normal wear and tear
